I have some exciting news to share.  My Heirloom Kitchen project has been featured in Cherry Bombe magazine.  In addition, I was fortunate to be interviewed by Kerry Diamond for their podcast (downloadable on iTunes) to tell the story of how Heirloom Kitchen came to be.  The magazine is available for purchase at Barnes & Noble or through Cherry Bombe directly - it's Issue #10.

The article is a fantastic write up on my journey from food blogger to cookbook author.  Yes, that's right, Heirloom Kitchen will be published by HarperCollins press May 2019, just in time for Mother's Day. 

So, I have taken a little hiatus from blogging to focus my energy on writing, testing and shooting the recipes for this amazing compilation cookbook.  Andrew Scrivani, the wildly talented food photographer for The New York Times has signed on to shoot all 100 recipes for the book.  In addition, all my beautiful mothers will be photographed as well!
